Hi, I’m LaMont A. Sinclair, Certified Hypnotherapist and founder of Self Attunement Hypnotherapy in Los Angeles. My journey with hypnosis began during the pandemic, when I turned to self-hypnosis to manage my own anxiety and depression. Guided meditation helped me get out of my head, reconnect with the present moment, and finally focus on what mattered most.
Inspired by that transformation, I now help others do the same—one session at a time. I’m passionate about helping clients rewire limiting beliefs, overcome emotional blocks, and find hope again. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than watching someone step into their power and live the life they’ve always dreamed of.
